We've also learned how to give her teething cookies....guess which way is the wrong way....

Baptism

Merritt was baptized at our church in July. Doug's parents and my parents came for the weekend. Doug's brother Don also came from Atlanta and Doug's Aunt Rebekah and Uncle Ed came from Virginia. Their son, Austin, his wife, Grace and their 3 kids came from N. Raleigh. What a fun and meaningful weekend. We were so busy, we didn't think to take too many pictures (but a friend posted a few more on Facebook).

It's Been Too Long

I almost forgot my password, it's been so long. Here's some recent photos from this month....

We flew to Orlando a couple weekends ago to attend my grandfather's memorial service. It was a sad but sweet time with my family. Merritt especially enjoyed getting to see her FL cousins!

The Vacation

We just got back from a wonderful week on Sea Island, on the Georgia coast. Gene and Margie arranged for everyone to stay in a friend's home - Don, Sean, Keri, Emily, Sean's friend Matt, and my parents all came for the week. Enjoy some of the photos!
